Real Estate Broker Sales Pre-license
Licensee must be active for minimum of 3 of last 5 years. Broker course can be taken prior to three year minimum and can satisfy CE requirements for renewal. Course is 60 hours and a proctored exam is required. Qualified candidates can then move forward to state licensing exam.
