This real estate course shall conduct a comprehensive review of updated business and property requirements as a result of the New FHA Handbook. Subject matter emphasized shall include acceptable forms, property acceptability, valuation and reporting protocols, additional requirements for standard and rehab homes, as well as special energy and green housing.
