This course provides an overview of the home inspection process,types of business formation, business operation, marketing, the home inspector's role in the real estate transaction, tools needed, and a review of residential construction from footers to roof rafters covering the constructions processm stages of construction, required inspections, and trades associated with residential construction.

7 hrs of appraisal and/or real estate continuing education credit for license renewal, no exam required

AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com.
