Review the appraiser’s identification of adjustable differences between the subject and comparable sales; discuss percentage versus dollar adjustments; discuss units of comparison; demonstrate deriving and applying adjustments for the most common elements of comparison; and discuss documentation of support for those adjustments.

Review addendum content necessary to satisfy GA license law and rules of the GREAB as well as explanations necessary to satisfy common underwriting guidelines. Through the use of case studies, this course will also teach appraisers to recognize the need for special addenda; and demonstrate a process for developing and communicating explanations in complex appraisal situations.

Course qualifies for:
