Day 1 - Appraisers Roundtable
An open forum for identification and resolution of problems facing the real estate and appraisl partitioner. Overview - the course is designed to help real estate and appraisal practitioners to identify, understand, and respond to changes taking place as a result of new rules, new underwriting guidelines, new client requests, myriad of forces affecting real estate markets such as fiscal policy, monetary policy, social and demographic changes, and fundemental economica issues.
Day 2 - FHA's New Handbook - Appraiser & Property Requirements
This real estate course shall conduct comprehensive review of updated business and property requirements as a result of the New FHA Handbook. Subject matter emphasized shall include acceptable forms, property acceptability, valuation and reporting protocols, additional requirements for standard and rehab homes, as well as speical energy and green housing.
Completion of all Courses qualify for:
• 14 hours of appraisal and/or real estate continuing education credit for license renewal, no exam required.
CE credit electronically certified to GA and Students receive a printed completion certificate to use in any reciprocal state renewal process.
