7-Hour National AQB USPAP Course
All New 2012-13 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Updates students on the new rules and requirements as required by the Appraiser’s Qualification Board. Course is conducted by AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. To receive the maximum benefit from your class time, you are urged to review USPAP provisions prior to attending class. Please bring your USPAP book to class. GA Appraisers must have 7 hrs of USPAP every two years to satisfy license renewal requirements.

Course reviews the state and governmental requirements for maintaining workfiles, including collecting and analyzing sufficient supportable data. Review updates of the various regulatory agency requirements whcih affect your appraisal and real estate business practices. Learn how to stay in compliance and protect yourself.
