Review new regulations increasing the demand for BPO’s; review of BPO report content and forms; comparable sale adjustments; and price/value consideration. There will be a discussion of the GA and USPAP qualifications/requirements necessary for appraisers and real estate agents to perform BPOs as well as a review of BPO Standards and Guidelines published by the BPO Standards Board.
