This course allows for real estate professionals (sales and appraisers) to discuss recent and upcoming changes that will affect delivery of business services for clients.

Course will address changes implemented or coming from FNMA, GREC/GREAB, Appraisal Foundation and other regulatory and/or service providers that may impact your appraisal and/or real estate business. Practical disccussion with open dialogue for all students to participate and engage with their counterparts to ultimately enhance overall business. Networking in real estate is essential; learn and share ideas with your peers.

Course qualifies for:
7 hours of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit, no exam required

Course meets 1 day, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
