The Appraisal 90-Hour Package Program satisfies the full educational hours mandated by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREAB) that you need to become a registered appraiser in Georgia. ALL appraisers must first become registered to begin work.
Package price includes 3 courses:
- 30-Hr Real Estate Principles, exam required
- 45-Hr Appraisal Procedures and Report Writing, exam required
- 15-Hr National USPAP, exam required
Package program also provides FREE real estate course credit. Earn a dual license, AREA can assist.
The package discount applies when you purchase all three classes. Registration fee includes course material, student handouts including appraisal forms, and final exams for each individual course. Students will gain fundamental knowledge of appraising, shall receive actual appraisal forms and shall have the opportunity to complete an appraisal assignment in class.
AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com
