All sales licensees are required to complete 25-hours of Post License credit within one year of gaining their salesperson license. This class will assist you in satisfying the state mandated credit hours while possibly providing you additional credit toward a second state license.
Class can qualify for:
- 25 hrs of Post-licensing credit and 6/9 hrs of Real Estate CE credit - exam required, or
- 24 hrs of Real Estate CE credit - no exam required, and/or
- 30 hrs of Appraisal Classification - exam required.

This course evaluates comprehensive real estate concepts, terminology, ownership, contracts, math including property taxation, etc. For new licensees this will review certain topics discussed in your pre-license course.
