This program is delivered each year to reflect current Real Estate Market Issues. Join professionals and fellow licensees (sales and appraisers) for an open forum discussing problems, issues and solutions facing the real estate and appraisal practitioner.

Course will assist students to identify, understand, and report on current and changing economic market and political conditions, restrictions and regulations which impact the appraisal and real estate business. In addition, discussions will help students respond to business changes taking place enabling licensees to deliver a higher quality service.

Course qualifies for:
7 hours of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit, no exam required

Course meets 1 day, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
