This course, mandated for appraisers to earn qualified experience hours, reviews GREAB rules and the AQB mandated requirements pertaining to the Supervisor/Trainee responsibilities. The course will incorporate and review the responsibilities and duties of the supervisor as well as the responsibilities and duties of the trainee as required by USPAP, AQB, and the GREAB.  Learn now how to adjust your business practices to stay in compliance and out of trouble. In addition, course will provide overview of industry practices regarding data selection, analysis and reporting requirements. Students should bring laptops to experience hands on practice of standard data sources.    

Completion of course qualifies for:
