Through lecture, practical exercises and simulations students will gain a deep understanding of various real estate topics including; writing sales and listing contracts; finance; buyer cost and net to seller estimates; mortgage fraud; fair housing; GREC law and regulations and much more.  

• 45-hrs Real Estate Pre-license credit, Pre-requisite Real Estate Principles, exam required
• 45 hrs Real Estate Post-license credit plus 9 CE hrs, exam required
• 36-hrs Real Estate CE credit for license renewal, no exam required, no carryover
• 14-hrs Real Estate and Appraisal CE credit for license renewal, no exam required, no carryover 

AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com.
