This course provides a foundation for understanding real estate concepts, characteristics, and principles; covering legal aspects, markets, valuation, regulation and ethics. It can also satisfy real estate sales and appraisal career requirements and you can get credit for BOTH! Want to stand out from your competitors? • 30 hrs Real Estate Pre-license credit, exam required
• 30 hrs Appraisal Pre-license credit, exam required

AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com.
