Founded in 2002, America's Real Estate Academy, Inc. (AREA) has been one of Georgia's most trusted real estate sales and appraisal education providers. Located in Metro Atlanta, we support candidates throughout the state with flexible online learning options.
Over the past two decades, Dick Viti, Nora Monahan and the AREA team have helped thousands of students launch successful careers in real estate, from first-time agents to experienced brokers. We have also assisted others to become registered appraisers, begin their appraisal career and then to advance to certified residential/general appraisers.
