  • Georgia.gov - The state government resource site to assist individuals in starting and operating a business.
  • Georgia Secretary of State - Choose from an article entitled "Which Legal Entity is Right for You", or you can find corporate officers or registerd agents by using the search corporations link. You also have access to the filing procedures for corporations and LLC's.   • First Stop Business Information Center - To promote small business, several government resources can be found on the GA Secretary of State website or can be obtained by calling 404-656-7061. The Business Guide contains information about licenses and permits and what you need before getting started. 
  • Maps - Aero Surveys of Georgia has an excellent series of map books covering the metro Atlanta area. The appraiser data base is organized by this mapping system. Sales agent data base mapping using the FMLS/MLS mapping system which has to be purchased from FMLS/MLS.
