A detailed review of the Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Classification and Regulation Act. This course will review license law and rules of the GREAB that are more restrictive than the duties imposed by USPAP; as well as those that are less restrictive. It will cover “specialized services” permitted by the Act as well as the rules for supervising registered appraisers.  
 
Course qualifies for:
• 7 hours of appraisal continuing education credit for license renewal, no exam required
• 6 hours of real estate continuing education credit for license renewal, no exam required
