This course will cover residential markets and analysis and highest and best use, reviewing supply and demand, testing constraints, special considerations and utilizing in-class case studies. This advanced course is now required by the state to elevate your appraisal classification. It is also part of the core appraisal curriculum required by the AQB.
  • 14 hrs of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit for license renewal, no exam required
  • 15 hrs of appraisal classification credit for license advancement (L/CR/CG), exam required
