7-Hour National AQB USPAP Course -
All New AQB 2010-11 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Updates students on the new rules and requirements as required by the Appraiser’s Qualification Board. Course is conducted by AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. To receive the maximum benefit from your class time, you are urged to review USPAP provisions prior to attending class. Please bring your USPAP book to class. GA Appraisers must have 7 hrs of USPAP every two years to satisfy license renewal requirements.

Avoid the undertow caused by the tsunami of regulatory requirements imposed on appraisers. Identify the traps & snares lurking beneath the surface of updated GREAB Rules, FHA Requirements, FNMA Guidelines, and the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines to name just a few. Learn how to stay in compliance and keep your head above the water.
