Details:
This one day hands-on course will take students through the steps necessary to set up, plan and conduct an appraisal assignment. Morning session shall focus on defining appraisal problem, obtaining data using real time data sources, and preparing for subject site visit. Afternoon session shall lead students through onsite inspection, and neighborhood and comparable analysis discussion. Students shall be provided appropriate data to perform valuation service. Hours spent researching and preparing appraisal may qualify for appraisal log. Course delivers practical application of appraisal process.
Course qualifies for:
• 7 hours of appraisal and/or real estate continuing education credit for license renewal, no exam required
