7-Hour National USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) course developed by the Appraisal Standards Board updates students on changes to the current appraisal standards pertaining to real estate appraisal and review as required by the Appraiser’s Qualification Board. Course is conducted by AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

GA Appraisers are required to have 7 hours of USPAP every two years to satisfy license renewal requirements.

Course qualifies for:
7 hours of appraisal CE credit, no exam required
6 hours of real estate CE credit, no exam required.

Course meets 1 day, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

To receive the maximum benefit from your class time, you are urged to read USPAP provisions prior to attending class, specifically pages 1 through 38 and pages 86 through 229 would provide additional help. Please bring your book to class.
