Internet Recommended Links and Information Available for Download
Students can view and visit various internet sites recommended by your instructor containing information available for download that will be helpful in your education and career. Sites are added and updated periodically. Please check back from time to time to insure that you keep informed.
HomeGauge Inspection Software
Demo copies of the HomeGauge Software is available from your instructor or can be obtained from the school office. Student discount for full program is available. Please ask your instructor for details or contact the office with any questions, education@area-ga.com.
School Store - Student Discount
Students wishing to purchase Home Inspection books and tools available for sale shall receive a special discounted price. Click here to reach the Student Section of the School Store.
Student Files
To print out additional copies of files provided on diskette in class, students should click here to reach secure section. A username and password are required. Check with the school office or your instructor for access information.

Intro to Home Inspection
On-Site Field Trips
Class field trip dates are posted with each class series. Instructor shall select properties and shall distribute directions and/or map to site. Instructor may determine if class will meet at site rather than at classroom. If meeting at class please be prompt so instructor can fully prep students before heading out to site. Weather issues shall be factored in but class does conduct inspections in the rain.
National Membership/Designations
Course completion certificates shall be distributed to students after final class if all class requirements are satisfied. Memberships in national Housing Inspection Foundation (HIF) and National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) are arranged through office. Forms shall be distrubuted in class or can be sent to you by office staff.
Tools
Should any student require tools, code books or materials, contact office at 770-591-5552 or education@area-ga.com.
Home Inspection Reporting Software
Email notices are sent on first day of class to all students and contain download information for free software.
Business Opportunities
All students should update AREA with their business information so that we may be able to forward any possible work opportunities that develop.

Jan 15 - Chamblee
Course series meets days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm per posted schedule.
Field Trips are scheduled for Thu Jan 17 and Tue Jan 29. Please come prepared for inclement weather should that be a factor.
Instructor follow-up notes from class shall be posted when applicable.
