David Viti is an experienced, multi-faceted real estate professional. His career in real estate began in 1993 as a licensed appraiser. Realizing the advantages of a comprehensive real estate education, David continued on to become a home inspector and a licensed real estate sales agent. In September of 2005 David advanced his appraisal qualifications to become a Certified state appraiser.

He is presently servicing all of North Metro Atlanta, including: Gwinnett; Cobb; North Fulton; DeKalb: Forsyth; Hall; Barrow; and Jackson counties specializing in residential and buyer brokerage transactions as a ReMax real estate sales agent at the Executive club membership level.

David now brings his successful techniques to the classroom. He is a state certified real estate and appraisal instructor. In 2006 David advanced his credentials and became an AQB Certified USPAP instructor.
