Cruise-CE Program Details
FREE real estate and appraisal CE can be obtained in one of two ways. Sail on selected cruises with AREA and you can attend the CE courses without any additional charge over your cruise fare. AREA will offer 1 to 4 cruise CE sailings per year on either Carnival Cruise or Royal Caribbean. Cruises will typically be to the eastern or western Caribbean, Bahamas, Canada, or Alaska.
Alternatively, you can book and pay for ANY cruise through AREA Vacations and receive a Tuition Credit equal to 3% of the cruise fare. Tuition Credits will be issued by America's Real Estate Academy, Inc. (AREA) and may be applied to the cost of any classroom or online course offered by AREA. All classroom courses will be in Georgia, however, online courses are offered in over 40 states. Online courses include real estate sales, broker, appraisal, home inspection and business development courses. Each participant in this program is responsible for previewing the available courses and to ascertain the applicability of all CE course credits for his/her state of residency.
- FREE CE and Tuition Credits are only available if the cruise is booked and paid for through AREA Vacations.
- Tuition Credits will be earned and issued when the final cruise payment is made and the cruise fare becomes non-refundable.
- Tuition Credits may be used to offset the cost of any classroom or online courses offered by AREA.
- Tuition Credits expire if not used within one year from the date of issue.
- Tuition Credits will not be issued to students who attend free courses offered on selected cruises.
- Tuition Credits may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Tuition Credits are not transferable and may only be used by the person in whose name the credits were issued.
