7-Day Cruise to the Eastern Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale
Ship: Oasis of the Seas Sailing on: September 25, 2010

You don't want to miss out on this unbelievable new ship by Royal Caribbean. At 220,000 gross tons, it is over one and half times larger than Carnival's newest ship, the Dream. The ship is divided into seven distinctive "neighborhoods" which provide unprecedented at-sea fun and excitement. Like the Dream, the Oasis will be under construction until the fall of 2009 - but the public is not letting the economy slow down cruise sales - everyone wants to experience the Oasis of the Seas. Considering the accommodations, this ship is a bargain with interior cabins starting at under $126 per passenger per day. That is a vacation bargain! Appraisers and real estate agents will be able to receive 7 hours of continuing education (CE). CE is free only if the cruise is booked through AREA Vacations; attendance at the presentation is required for CE credit. For more info see this cruise FLYER, send an email to travel@area-ga.com, or call the office at 770-591-5552. Otherwise, complete this reservation form and mail it back to AREA with your check so you can secure your cabin.
In addition to three glorious days at sea, you will visit the following exciting ports:
- St Thomas
- St Maarten
- Nassau, Bahamas
Course qualifies for 7 hours of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit, no exam required. Course shall be presented during the 'At Sea' portion of your cruise. You may miss out on Bingo but you will not miss out on any port of calls.
Interior staterooms start at just $879; Ocean view start at $989; and Balcony staterooms start at $1,129 (rates are per person, double occupancy, and do NOT include taxes of $120.31 per person). 3rd and 4th passengers in a cabin start at just $370 each (interior) plus taxes. Limited availablilty - many balcony cabins already taken. View and print off the Cruise Reservation Form (NOTE - When completing the reservation form, please use your first and last names as they appear on your passport). Be sure you consider travel insurance - see below. Check with your accountant or tax advisor as to the deductibility of any of the cost associated with this educational opportunity. Licensees outside of GA may want to verify availability of CE credit and the process in your state.
As with any trip, travel insurance is recommended. Please contact Nora Monahan or obtain a free quote from Travel Guard, an AREA Vacations affiliate. For maximum protection, cruise insurance should be purchased WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DATE OF YOUR INTIAL DEPOSIT. Travel Guard provides the following additional coverage when its Cruise Tour & Travel policy is purchased within 15 days of the initial deposit: 1) coverage for financial default of the cruise line; 2) a waiver of any pre-existing medical conditions that could cause you to cancel or interrupt your trip; and 3) Change of Mind coverage - you will be reimbursed up to $250 when you are charged a penalty for cancelling your trip simply because you change your mind.
